What are levels of care?

Levels of care refer to how much assistance a person needs with health management, as well as activities of daily living. Activities of daily living are tasks like dressing, taking a bath or shower, using the restroom, and eating.

Additional considerations include whether the individual can take prescription medications or manage chronic conditions independently, or whether some assistance from a caregiver is needed.

Plan Types

  • My mother loved living at Highpointe! The apartments are sunny and spacious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and great for the many events held outdoors.   • From our short visit, it seems like a nice and new senior community. Apartments were not that fancy for the price they pay there. I'm told that the food is great but they are not accommodating if you want healthy or vegetarian. Views are nice from this high point. I'll post again after I hearMore

  • Great place for retirement. Everyone is so nice. If you haven't seen it.. check out tours. My parents live there. Don't wake to long. They are selling quickly first come.
