Additional considerations include whether the individual can take prescription medications or manage chronic conditions independently, or whether some assistance from a caregiver is needed.

Plan Types

Benevolent Care is the discounting of fees for current residents who have exhausted their assets. It is generally only available to residents who appeared likely to be able to cover the full cost of their care at the time of application. Communities which offer Benevolent Care typically guarantee that residents can stay in the community if they outlive their assets, dependent on endowment funds.

  • Lovely campus and wonderful, caring staff members. In a 35-year health care career, I have had the opportunity to visit literally hundreds of nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living facilities. There is not a single entity that matches Bethany Village.

  • Great for active and non active seniors. My mother lives here. Took 3 years to get in. Lots of short trips, bus is always available. If you have any breathing issues, the air conditioning is turned off in October, and back on in April. Living on 6th floor was hard for my mom without airMore

  • I was treated very rudely yesterday by a A African American aide staff member on the assisted living side. I was visiting a family friend and asked for a few towels and never got a snippy reply and Never got it. She also questioned why my friends needed these items. I have never come acrossMore
