  • As an independent nurse contractor it is imperative for me to work for facilities that put their patients above a Dollar sign. I am glad to see that this is one of those facilities. The patients Are loved & cared for as a family. I can honestly say that real life heroes work at Centennial!More

  • This is a very good rehabilitation center for elders. I speak on the behalf of my mother who’s been living in the facility for over a year in she loves it. Great staff good food what more can you ask for.

  • Please be advised that this facility offers gift cards for good reviews DONT BE FOOLED! Best part about this place is the staff is nice & its fairly clean. Over 15 patients sit in the hallways hours at a time( some forced) because staff is short and can't monitor from rooms. My loved oneMore

  • A client friendly facility and neat environment. I visit the place regularly to check on a former worker and it is always a joy to visit this place. There is always room for improvement because anything good can get better!
