Plan Types

  1. Type CFee-For-Service Contracts

Type C or Fee for Service contracts generally have a lower entrance fee and monthly service fee than Type A contracts, but do not include expenses for assisted living or skilled nursing. These services are paid for as needed at the market rate, and are often difficult to predict.

  • I couldn't ask for a better community to send my family. I have seen such grace and class from the nursing staff. building is exceptionally clean. Management is in view frequently and know their staff and residents . Thank you to everyone there. Kudos!!

  • I would recommend this nursing facility for both rehab and long term care. Friendly staff who really seem invested in the residents wants and needs. Even small details are taken care of. Thank you all for everything!!

  • I have a grandparent here in the nursing side. My grandparent was treated very poorly the other day by a LPN they never saw named Jen.She was very abrupt and rude. She did not answer the questions my grandparent had in regards to medications. She left the room abruptly as well as she grew inpatient.More
