I currently work at Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab. This facility takes pride in caring for their patients. We go above and beyond for nursing needs and requirements. We genuinely love our rehab and long-term residents. We have a Great team of Nurses and Aides. Are supporting staff is just as wonderful. Administrative staff is easily available for patient and family needs. 5 Star facility in my opinion.

Horrible... dad in friday pulled him out on tuesday after fighting for his release. He fell first night there because they dont answer call bells. Soiled himself twice in one night same reason. Even when your there you have run around and find people to help. They leave them on a bed pan and walk away to return when they feel like it. Ha and we were checked in on a friday and out on tues so he was only there 3 full days and this is what i saw.

It’s very tough working there. I worked there briefly as an agency CNA. i’ve Been a CNA for over 20 years. It’s a shame when truly caring, dedicated, hard workers take the blame for another nurses actions. The administrator truly cares about PEOPLE. I wish I could go there again. I know they need help

The clinical team there took very good care of my mom. The new management team came and introduce themselves, they answered all my questions right away. The DON was very pleasant and knowledgeable, very down to earth. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The staff there seem very happy and always going out of their way to make sure my mom was happy and comfortable. Allot of renovations going on, but that did not stop my mom from getting great care in a timely manner. Thank you all for the great job in taking care of my mom.
