Benevolent Care is the discounting of fees for current residents who have exhausted their assets. I have worked for Elm Terrace for many years and have a family member living here currently. I can say from both sides that this facility cares about their residents and bend over backwards to give our residents the best living environment possible. I wouldn’t want my loved one living anywhere else. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable.

I have had the honor of meeting some of the staff at this facility. It seems like not only do they really enjoy their jobs, but they also treat the guests there very well. As I walked through the hallways getting a tour with an employee name David N. all the guests smiled and said hello to him as he held open elevator doors for guests and knew them all by name. To me finding a place to live and having a happy environment go hand and hand and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in senior living.
