  • Staff doesn't care whether the call buttons work or not. Told me to"try unplugging it and plugging it back in"...You'll be burying your loved ones before the doctors show up when they're supposed to... Staff doesn't acknowledge patients. They're there for a paycheck... And could care less about your loved ones. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  • A big fuss about my father's rehab, but it always boiled down to planning, meetings, strategies, after 4 days I still have to see dad actually STARTING real physical therapy. They fraudulently had my sign that I would have paid $164 a day, when my due is $150 according to dad's insurance. They told meMore
