Benevolent Care

Benevolent Care
This community offers benevolent care.

Benevolent Care is the discounting of fees for current residents who have exhausted their assets. It is generally only available to residents who appeared likely to be able to cover the full cost of their care at the time of application. Communities which offer Benevolent Care typically guarantee that residents can stay in the community if they outlive their assets, dependent on endowment funds.

  • This place was the last place both my grandfather and grandmother lived and they took real good personal care of them. Once I had to call real late and they were real understanding that life happens. I’d recommend to anyone in need of the assistance and anybody who has to put an elderly parent orMore

  • My father moved here is his 90s and loved it! He had outlived 2 wives by that time but found lots of very good friends while he lived here. He played golf, did Wii bowling, line dancing, choir, American Legion and lots of other activities. It was like living in a resort and I amMore
