  • Riverside is an amazing place filled with people who really care. Every time I visit my sister she is always happy and only has nice things to say about therapy and the nurses. The building is always clean, fresh and tidy. They helped my sister get back on her feet after she fell at homeMore

  • I was forced with the difficult task of having to place my grandmother in a facility for short term therapy after a hip surgery. It seemed daunting at first, but after meeting with the admissions director in the hospital, we were put at ease. The process was explained in terms we were able to understandMore

  • The activities department here is fabulous. I love playing guitar and singing for the residents. They really enjoy when I come. All of the staff have treated me very nice. I did not witness any unusual behavior while I was here. The residents gave me a list of songs they want me to play forMore

  • TL/DR: The third floor is staffed mainly by apathetic and uncaring agency people. If your loved one gets placed here, I highly recommend that you look for another residence that has an opening. I sincerely doubt that anyone who has left a 5 Star review for this place has ever visited the "3rd floor" locked ward.More
