My experience at Westgate Hills for the last two years has been a super rewarding and loving journey. The residents are amazingly happy and engaged in all of the wonderful activities the facility has to offer. The Director of Recreational Therapy Tanissa is an expert in her field and performs her job as if it’s not work but her way of sharing love, kindness and support to those who need it most . All of the staff at this facility seem to provide a superior experience for the residents. Myself and a few of my colleagues have adapted a traditional visits for the last two years At the facility. We stop by the facility at Christmas time to spread a little live of our own . Collectively we partner with a sister hospital and in 2019 we donated 100 throws to the residents, a small gesture to keep them comfy and cozy thought the season. The first year Christmas 2018 we donate a few gifts Adopted a 25 resident and gave them a few of there favorite things. As you can see our ability to give more has grown and we will continue to come back every year. For myself as well as my co workers it was nice to see the residents happy and excited to chat with us and share their life accomplishments and experiences. “ The best gift you can give someone is one that can’t be repaid” !!! Thanks West Gate Family I believe the exchange went both ways . Peace & blessings Renee

I have to say, I am impressed with the staff and the administrator Carmella. The have gone above and beyond to help my loved one feel at home for their stay there. My loved one said the food was good. They enjoyed the activies they provided to get the residents to come out of their rooms. Overall, I have to say we were totally satisfied with the care and staff friendliness that was given while my loved one had been there.

I was very skeptical of a small facility and or the lack of resources that they may have had. I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The administration were very hospitable. The Administrator and Don gave me the assurance I needed that my grandmother would be just fine at Westgatehills. All the staff were friendly and attentive to my grandmother’s need. She is a new patient but I think we made the right choice.

We love, love, love West Gate!! We have been volunteering at West Gate Hills for almost a year and it has been a good experience. The activities department does such a great job with keeping the residents happy and entertained. Love flows throughout the halls and happy attitudes are always shown. We would recommend West Gate for anyone looking for a nursing home and rehab.

Just wanted to share with everyone the positive experience my mother has been having here at Westgate. A little out of sorts at first being away from home, but everything is greatly improving in her recovery process. Mom is recovering from a badly broken leg and needed rehabilitation . Everything is on track and going well thanks to, well, Everyone . Many friendly and helpful people here. I've made many friends just visiting Mom here. Keep up the good work ! Everything is greatly appreciated!
