- I think that the administration there and the current DON should take some diversity classes. It’s very sad that when you reach out to the board about the issue that goes on in the facility you get no response. I would never recommend anyone to work at Valley View until they have made some dramaticMore
- Like anywhere. There are good staff and lazy staff My complaint is that the administration couldn't wait to say they could not rehab mom anymore so medicare payments would stop so the could charge more. Even the govt social worker seemed to side with the admin and she was supposed to advocate for us. Well sheMore
- While visiting two days in a row, the smell of urine was the first thing we noticed going through the doors. Further down the halls, the patients would ask for help and were ignored. We didn't see any activities either day Sunday or Monday. The room is so small and no chairs for visitors.My MothersMore
