  • Barclay Friends was a god-send for the care of my parents. We were able to move them into skilled care for mom and personal care for dad and they were a half mile from where I lived. Moving them from the Reading, PA area gave me and my brother more freedom to visit.More

  • I am forever grateful for the outstanding care – physical and emotional – that my mother received while residing at Barclay Friends. They made my mother’s transition into her new home SO much better (safer and enriching) than my experience with other senior living facilities and, frankly, so much better than I could haveMore

  • Barclay Friends has a very caring staff and the community is very residential, beautiful, and location is great in the Borough of West Chester, but in a residential neighborhood. The new Preston building is perfect for someone who is independent, but does not want to cook or clean anymore.

  • Neglect, abuse, incompetence, and cruelty is what your loved one will suffer through here.

  • They tell you $420 a day and it ends up being $650 a day AFTER your elderly parent gets released and you get the bill. Just another money grab place.
