My mother has been a resident of Asbury Villas for several years now. She had been living in Florida and reached a point where she was not eating regularly or consistently taking her medications so my family and I decided it was best for her to move back to Pittsburgh. We researched a number of facilities prior to selecting Asbury. Asbury was the most home like facility, has a nurse on staff 24 hours a day and it has a wonderful reputation. So, my dear mother made the move. She wasn't sure what to expect but discovered it is the ideal place for her to be. She loves the food, loves not having to clean her apartment and even though she is 95, she loves her "Senior Fit" exercise class which she attends 3 times a week. For me and my family we are extremely thankful for the wonderful staff at the Villas. We know someone is always keeping an eye on Mom. The staff is wonderful to work with and if I have a question or concern, there is a quick response and excellent follow-through. The people who work there are amazing. I don't know how they find so many caring, concerned staff members - but my family and I are very thankful that they do! It gives us great peace of mind to know she is in a safe place and is well cared for - and that she is happy.

My mother has lived at Asbury Heights for the last six years. Her quality of care there is excellent. The staff is very caring and very dilligent. In addition to providing excellent food, they also offer a variety of activities to keep their residents active and engaged. I would highly recommend Asbury to anyone who is considering it for themselves or for a loved one.
