  • Clean building. Upper management could treat the guests with more respect. No other issues. Long time employees work hard

  • This facility has constant turnover, from direct care, all the way up to administration, and the residents are affected. It has all the bells and whistles, looks beautiful, etc., but I wouldn't board my dog here after the 'care' my mom received!!
