Reviews of Southwestern Healthcare Center Assisted Care Residences
Average rating from 5 reviews:

  • I have been here for rehab for three months. I really enjoyed working with the therapists, nurses and aides. The staff is really nice. The place is very clean and the food is pretty good. I enjoyed my stay while receiving therapy, but I am happy to be going home. Thanks, Southwestern!

  • This place is horrible! My mother has suffered here for two years after her stroke! The aides are incompetent & the nursing staff uncaring & heartless! She has just developed mrsa & they should be shut down! I am in the process of contacting the authorities to do just that!

  • On behalf of my father and to those who have love ones DO NOT SEND OR EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS AN ALTERNATIVE. The first thing I observed was minimum interaction and support from staff to patients. Second, the facility is dirty and unkept, Third, dinner was served at 5:00 PM, my dadMore

  • I wish I could give less than one star. Please reconsider if you are planning on sending a loved one here. Where to start!!!!! The nursing care is almost nonexistent. On the last day of my mom’s stay, we walked into the room and my mom was audibly wheezing and having troubleMore

  • This is a great place to work. A lot of teamwork from the DON down . A lot of support. Challenging. Get to use your nursing skills. Rewards for hard work.
