  • Very incompetent. My mother was sick for about 2 weeks. I had to suggest an ambulance myself. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks. That was about January and February. She never recovered. She passed away on April 25 of 2019 in my home.

  • Diane Hile. Your daughter failed to tell you in that 1.5 that she left her trainee 3 times for 10min each to go vomit bc she felt she may have been pregnant. She stated within the first 20min she didn't feel this was the "field" for her, having it been her first job ever? She was askedMore

  • I would never trust the care of the elderly to this facility. Employees recorded on camera stealing from residents and when reported the owner stated it couldn't be proven. The employee wasn't discharged until the incident was on the news and DHS came in. If I could rate less than 1, IMore

  • There are 2 people who rated the place that work there. And one that lives there. I worked for them, they went against my believes when they let a few co-workers back from doing what they did to a resident. They broke HIPPA laws, and the state came did whatever they did, which to myself andMore
