Reviews of Personal Care at Luther Crest
Average rating from 5 reviews:

  • Terrible care, terrible medical management, terrible case management. Staff were so disrespectful to residents and family. Patient was there for rehab and he declined significantly instead of improving. I would never recommend or send another person here again. This facility should be shut down, Doctor should lose her license and staff shouldMore

  • I have worked with numerous professionals at Luther Crest dating back to 2006, and I have always found them to be good to work with. I have observed that they care about their residents and work hard to ensure that all have a safe and enjoyable experience. I have been on site many times andMore

  • I just wanted to take a moment to comment about the wonderful care my grandmother receives at Luther Crest! She is very happy there and it makes me happy to see her happy and well taken care of! Thanks to wonderful staff who seems to be under the direction of an energetic and caring director!

  • Terrible :( I could go on and on about the lack of compassion and professionalism. I am not sure if they hire the bottom of the barrel people or if these aides just don't care because they are paid so little; but the lack of care my father received while in thisMore

  • My mother consistently declined here. Nurses couldn't care less. Aides left her on bed pan for an hour, and wouldn't come for 20-30 minutes to put her on. Food is awful also so she wasnt eating. Ended up telling them they needed to call 911 due to her condition.
