Reviews of Personal Care at the Highlands at Wyomissing
Average rating from 5 reviews:

  • My grandmother had her purse stolen here full of cash by one of the workers at the facility in her room in skilled nursing. What kind of person robs from old people? Horrible service in skilled nursing would not recommend it to anyone unless you want untrustworthy workers taking care of your loved ones.

  • I give it 5 stars based on several of my patients who live here and are very mobile and happy. I have heard great things about the food and atmosphere. I asked the last person if anything was missing or could be better and she said everything is available including free transportation to the appointmentMore

  • Excellent restaurants, and sound services all around. Plush public spaces, but minimal living facilities. It attracts the high end of Reading's population, albeit at the very end of their living days. Bring your walker, and you will be in good hands!
