She was sent to Watermark for rehab to gain her strength back before returning home. Due to COVID-19, we were unable to visit her. We were only able to speak with her on the phone. MostMore

  • The Watermark at Logan Square has an Administrator named David who is AWESOME! Every single time I called with him a concern he was on it immediately! In knowing that he is definitely dealing with other facility issues that are more critical then the things I was calling him for during these trying timesMore

  • My mother was there for a week. They discharged her with a still weeping wound, unable to walk up her stairs and with a Foley catheter that they NEVER explained how to empty. She left facility at 2pm and was not going to receive care until the next morning at 8am. Her Foley bag wasMore
