Nursing staff and aids are pleasant. My dad was here and now we have mom here. Care meetings regularly to address nutrition, nursing, activities etc.
Mom has been in Holy Family Manor rehab several times. They provide excellent care and the people who work there are all very pleasant and seem to really care about their patients. Mom loves that she can go to Mass there and participate in other activities while recovering.
This is a horrible place. The residents do not get the care they deserve. They can not keep staff. They run out the door. They write up staff and terminate staff on a whim. This is by far the most evil nasty place I ever had the displeasure to work for. Do yourself a favor do not put your loved one in this place. And do not even think of working there. Horrible just horrible.
worst nursing home ever. we removed my mama AMA. Its disgusting.
Please don't take your love one to this facility. The are not what they appear to be. My brother and I found our mother with a fever and dehydrated and no one seemed concerned. Only after we demanded she go to the hospital that they reacted. The fever was from pneumonia, if we would not have gone to visit that day it would have gone untreated. They could care less about their patients.
