  • The Staff at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home have been wonderful to deal with. The Nurses are outstanding and administration is extremely helpful. My mom loves the nursing staff, they make her feel special and make her laugh. I especially like the amount of calls we get with up dates on her condition orMore

  • This places reeks of urine and human filth. The stench was unbearable all through the patient rooms and hallways. If you'd visited on Dec. 3, 2019, you would agree with this assessment. I have no idea how neglectful the staff must be for conditions to have gotten this bad.

  • I was in PR for 4 werks . I had fallen and broke my left leg it wasn't just not the regular broken leg .I also have MS and very bad balance .after the Second surgery in a little over a month.I need PT .While in PR I received both PT ,OT.I HAVE TO SAYMore

  • I am not happy with the service of this nursing home. Not good communication and they do not let you know when your love one has medical issues.
