  • This place is horrible! My mother has suffered here for two years after her stroke! The aides are incompetent & the nursing staff uncaring & heartless! She has just developed mrsa & they should be shut down! I am in the process of contacting the authorities to do just that!

  • I have been here for rehab for three months. I really enjoyed working with the therapists, nurses and aides. The staff is really nice. The place is very clean and the food is pretty good. I enjoyed my stay while receiving therapy, but I am happy to be going home. Thanks, Southwestern!

  • On behalf of my father and to those who have love ones DO NOT SEND OR EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS AN ALTERNATIVE. The first thing I observed was minimum interaction and support from staff to patients. Second, the facility is dirty and unkept, Third, dinner was served at 5:00 PM, my dadMore

  • DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO SURVIVE! McKeesport Hospital was kicking my Mom out because insurance would not pay for her to stay there anymore. We were looking for a nursing facility for my Mom to rehab from a bedsore that she got from not beingMore
