  • My mom Deborah Boehm was a patient here & quite frankly it was the best experience we've ever had with a Nursing / Rehabilitation facility. The staff is very friendly and actually care about the patients. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. If you have a choice to come here IMore

  • I was there back in 2015 and either had a reaction to medication or some other probable neurological episode. I was taken to the hospital - and when released told i couldn't come back there because i smoked. There were others there that smoked and staff and administration were well aware of thisMore
