She seemed congenial and helpful during that call, but that was the one and only communication there was.   • This facility is very dysfunctional. The nurses are very neglectful. A patient has fallen on floor, where the nurse has left him for 2 hours. Same patient was left in his own bowl movement for over 2 hours. And most recently my family member had pains in his chest, when nurses where called, they madeMore
