  • My Grandmother spent 3 weeks at this place. She told me and I quote "I wouldn't send my DOG to caring Heart." Unfortunately because of the pandemic I couldn't visit. She called me nervous all the time. Don't send your loved one's here. Much of the staff was inconsiderate and "rough" But I do want toMore

  • My experience with caring heart was pleasant because all personnel treated me kindly and with care for my situation. The Facility was clean and welcoming. Staff Putting my concerns ahead of whatever else they were doing. I truly appreciated that.
