Normally I like this medical center... most of the staff are exceptional but tonight I had contact with one that wasnt. Her name was Lisa and was over the emergency room as a nurse. She kept telling my mom and I that we have to come to get my 80 + year old dad now because he can't stay there. We live around 45 minutes + away and told her that we were coming but we couldn't come fast enough for her. She was rude! Other than her the rest of the experience for my dad at least was very positive. One bad apple tonight made me give less stars. For her, I would give 0 stars for her attitude but the others were all 4 or 5 star quality.

You’re never seen at the time you apt is scheduled. Apt for 9:45 and at 10:05 your still sitting here. They refuse to call to see how much longer you will be. But if your 15 minutes late they will turn you away for being late and want to reschedule. My time is valuable. Providers wanna charge you for uncalnceled appointments but they don’t pay you to sit here way longer than you should have to! It’s ridiculous.

I always have outstanding service seeing Dr. Brady in specialty services, however, I highly discourage anyone from seeing Kayla in specialty services. She is a physicians assistant and gave me the worst service I have ever had in a doctors office. My daughter was rescheduled with her although she normally sees Dr. Brady and I was verbally fighting with both her and her nurse not to poke her with 6 needles in one visit and then get a blood test afterwards. The first thing the nurse said to my daughter is "you won't like me by the time you leave". Tried sneaking in extra vaccinations into the room so that I wouldn't know what was going on. I just can't express the level of disrespect. All Kayla cares about is her cut of the money from pumping my daughter full of everything she can because "studies show vaccinations are more effective when given at a certain age". BS! My daughter is not in daycare and has been healthy since birth aside from a cold. Everything changed when I asked to see Dr. Brady who hasn't given me a single complaint about giving her one or two shots a visit. Just ridiculous. Never schedule with Kayla. I have learned my lesson.

Approx. $3200 for a C/T scan. National average was $484. One trip to this place will put you in the poor house for the rest of your days.

Express care is NOT reliable! And picks and chooses when they are open... soooo disappointed we had to go to the ER for a upset stomach ...
