  • My mother is a resident at Gracedale. I visit at minimum once a week, requently twice a week (before COVID) and they are taking great care of her. We would take her down to one of the vistors room and she would play basketball or shuffleboard then go downstairs for ice cream orMore

  • Unfortunately can’t give less than 1 star. My husband is a current resident. He was observed twice being sprayed by what appears to be a disinfectant by his room mate. Charge nurse was notified but never made a report. I contacted supervisor or nursing office and asked to have the offending resident moved but thatMore

  • Not good. Way understaffed. The staff does not listen to the family who knows resident best. I told them my father was having a stroke, and the nurse said he wasn't. 3 weeks later, he was dead. Hospital records show he had stroke. The out come would not have been different, butMore
