Highland Manor is so very clean and well staffed. I love going there to visit Aunt Flo! The food is very good and there’s lots of help! Very friendly staff.

Dec. 2019: I'm giving this facility a 5. My sister recently had a stroke with total right side paralysis. When I heard that she was being sent here for rehab, I had concerns. Well, those concerns were TOTALLY unfounded! This is my experience with this facility. The front office could not have been more professional and compassionate in helping me through the myriad of paperwork. The nursing and nursing assistants could not have been kinder, considerate and caring. I met with the entire rehab team and was taken thru her pathway to get her up and walking. The facility itself presented clean and organized with many common areas for the residents to meet and greet. Yes, I saw residents in the hallways, asleep in their wheelchairs. But, I saw those same residents moving themselves into the hallway so as to not miss anything going on in a busy facility. They weren't just left in the hall. They chose to be there. I saw this facility organize for fall foodfests and Thanksgiving. To this day, this facility calls me to check on my sister. Bottom line is that this facility does not deserve the poor rating nor the poor reputation it has. This facility has quality, knowledgeable and compassionate people caring for your very sick loved ones in difficult circumstances. Peace.

One of the best places I've ever worked absolutely loved it there beyond the reason I left is the corporate company does not pay enough money and a health insurance is way too expensive as far as management and staff goes even work for better management within the building such as the director of nursing services administration human resources director and so on and so forth if the pay was higher I would have stayed
