This Hospital is the best hospital ever. I love all the doctors there specially Dr. Kramer. I gave birth to my first baby in this amazing hospital and I was treated with respect, more importantly they were very patient and nice. Everyone was very sweet and showed they cared about me, they would always check up on me every 10 minutes to make sure I was ok. I recommend this place to everyone it鈥檚 perfect 馃榿馃憤馃徎

They left my grandma in the waiting from for hours and hours. She had a high blood pressure and could of had a stroke. They left her for hours and hours and made her stay longer than she had to. I鈥檓 assuming for money. This is the worst hospital and should only be gone to if you need help ASAP. A fewer extra dollars in gas can make a world of difference.

I unfortunately won鈥檛 come back here. Terrible rude unprofessional employees. This hospital has gone down hill. I used to consider one of the best in the area but definitely NOT anymore. *MOST* Employees need to be taught hospitality, compassion & common sense. Two different family members in their hospital over the past few days & its been awful. The pediatric urgicare doctor and ONE medical assistant we saw were great. Besides that, won鈥檛 be back.

I was with my wife in the ER and they did the ultrasound and other tests and a nurse practitioner was the one talked to us,she didn't explain nothing according to the tests reports and gave us wrong information. Both of us are nurses, so I went thru the reports and I realized she didn't say anything that mentioned in the report.she was rushing us to discharge so that she can go home. I was really upset and wen I ask the nurse that I wanted to see that nurse practitioner they said she left for the day.we were not treated like a patient supposed to be treated.I have to take her to another hospital after that. never ever go back there. Really upset with my experience. Zero star from me.

The pager system and announcement system is NOT deaf friendly!!! How are we suppose to know where to go and which waiting room are we suppose to go.. please change your system and make it more deaf friendly by adding numbers or letters to guide us to which room to go to.. It was frustrating not knowing where to go and end up asking what to do and no one understand us... please train your staff to make them understand how we deaf people communicate when arriving without interpreter by writing or guiding us to right place instead of just pointing and nodding...
