  • They have the worst telephone system I ever heard of The phone crackles constantly no matter which extension you are on it is very hard to talk to a loved one when you can't hear them

  • My husband was at Laurel for over as year As most of these places the staff is lacking in help But I was there daily never smelled urine they were kind attentive and professional took excellent care of my hubby nurses Liz and LouisMore

  • father was there for a short term rehab, while on visits there noticed the place always stank of urine, room was out dated holes in walls, seemed to me to be understaffed(waited for a nurse or whatever they call themselves for 20 minutes) to my conclusion and my opinion this is not the place forMore
