  • My grandmother passed away unexpectedly at Laurel Wood Care Center. The care was horrendous and staff cold. We arrived to disorganization to pick up remaining items. Staff sat her belongings in 4 damp cardboard boxes In the drizzling rain next to dumpsters by the loading docks (pictures to confirm). No condolences. No staff to deliver;More

  • They don’t answer the phone and they don’t have an answering machine. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and told me that the patients are confused. This nursing home needs to be investigated

  • My time here as a resident has been good. I've been treated very fairly. I don't have as many struggles as other people but I do have a lot of problems with emotional and mental issues. They help me deal with it and take time to listen to me about how I'm feeling. I feelMore

  • My experience here has been good. I am able to do things that I want. Friendly atmosphere, the care is great, and the nurses get me my meds on time.

  • They are understaffed. Being understaffed residents have to long of waits for needed help. My son's father in law couldn't eat the food. It seemed to me they were more concerned with future care instead of present care for a dying man. I would not recommend this facility. Also, there is no cell phone receptionMore
