Dan G from Palmer I was at Manor Care in Easton for 20 days, that is all Medicare would allow or I would have stayed longer. I was well cared for by all the staff the nurses balanced when I took my meds to my individual time schedule, they didn't wake me up if I was asleep and as soon as I was up they made me the next patient to get meds. The food was great and the head of food services came and met me the first day to address my likes and dislike and taught me how to order to get what I wanted. It was always got for hot items and cold for cold items. Great menus to choose from. While there it wasn't just lay in a bed. They had me up and working. 6 days a week physical therapy, Deb was the best. Occupational therapy Tony and I were on the same page and even listened to each of our favorite musicians during the work out. Speech therapy I believer was Lisa. I have had a swallowing problem for many years and she taught me several new procedures to help me. The only complaint was they would come and get me early morning before breakfast and when I asked Deb and Tony they laughed and said they did it to me when another patient was not ready and they knew I would do it to help them keep the schedule on time. Then they would laugh at me and I always said yes. It was good because it usually finished my day right around lunch time. They were true professionals and we had fun as they challenged me to get stronger every day. Everyone there was the best and if I ever have to go medical rehab again it will be at Manor Care. PS I also had follow up therapy when I came home and they were part of the same company and my nurses and therapists we're great too!

I cannot say enough good things about the rehab floor/unit! All of the staff is amazing! Rhonda, Melody, Wendy, Rachel, Debbie, Laura... they're the best! From the nurses to OT, PT, CNA, etc.... everyone is wonderful! They are all so kind and caring, so accommodating and they all work so hard. VERY impressed with the facility and the way this place is run. Feel confident placing a loved one here as they will receive AMAZING care! My dad has been here for a few weeks and will remain here at least another week. He has come so far in the short time he has been here.

In September my mom left the hospital at St Luke's in Phillipsburg and we found ManorCare Health System in Easton for her rehabilitation needs. From the beginning we realized that this was the very best place for my mom to go. It was separate from the nursing home which was good for her as it was a positive environment where people were in the process of getting better. The reason why this was such a great place was that the staff acting as a team from the beginning to the end of my mom's stay. From the admissions, to the manager on the floor, to the secretary that holds things together, to the nurses, the physical and occupational therapists, the social worker, overseeing nurses and particularly the aides and cleaning staff even the maintenance man all brought a cohesiveness which made this place runs smoothly and best of all with love and care. The head nurse followed through to help the transition as well as a social worker. It has been such a smooth transitionand now we are grateful for the in-house care that followed such a wonderful place. I was so grateful I could not help but give roses to those who cared for my mom and even others. I still remember their smiles their care and all they shared and how safe we felt to share back. My mother has actually improved in her house at 83. They found out she had sleep apnea and addressed it and she has lost weight and walking better. Finally the in-charge doctor made such an impression on me for his care for her. You could tell that he values life. God bless you all and thank you! 馃拰馃挒

If I could give a negative number, I would!! I had a knee replacement about 3 years ago and was sent the for rehab. When I got there, they didn't have my pain meds and said they had to be delivered from an off site pharmacy and it would be hours! I was in so much pain! A nurses aid came in and told me to "make sure they let you go home!" She said that the PT would tell insurance that I want making progress, even if I was, and would keep me there so they could keep charging my insurance company. I was so scared and in so much pain that I had my family come get me in the middle of the night to take me home! I filled a complaint with the state and they were FINED! the worst part is that my friend is there now after a knee replacement and THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING TO HIM!!!! he's in pain and they don't have his meds! I am so beside myself! I don't know what to do, but I'm in tears! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
