  • My grandmother was in Manor Care Jersey Shore. Every staff member is very attentive, caring, smiling, knowledgeable, and really... the best. They updated on my grandmother's condition very promtly each time. I felt very welcomed every time I visited the facility. The nurses are always around, very accessible and come by very often.   • Poor communication with family. My mother, who is 81 years old has horrible arthritis and fell and broke her leg recently. I know that hydrocodone is a concern among Drs, but Dr Chapla cut her off 3 days ago. I repeat that she's 81. She's been taking it for 15ish years! Right now, she's inMore

  • My father is a frail man in his eighties with advanced Parkinsons, and other medical problems. He is a fall risk. Dad was a patient at this facility for about five hours. In that time he fell getting out of bed unsupervised, and suffered a life threatening head injury.
