Reviews of Skilled Nursing at Orchard Manor
Average rating from 5 reviews:

  • Well they “DNR” me meaning do not return because I was sticking up for another agency girl. They are horrible and the car their residents get isn’t the greatest. They keep people who don’t do their jobs but dnr others who do, do their jobs.

  • Understaffed & very rude nurses. The best help is from agency. Actual staff can care less about the residents or it’s employees. Putting your loved ones here is worse than sending them to prison. It’s beautiful looking place buts Salts also looks like sugar

  • We have had best care for our Dad and Mom at Orchard Manor! Our Dad passed away a few years ago, and we were pleased with the good care he received there. The staff cares for the best for the residents! At least one staff member has a parent residing there. Cleaning staff and maintenanceMore
