  • First place I’ve been to where I’m not even inside the facility, can smell the urine.... within a foot of being at the door ~ can smell the “yuck”. Absolutely disgusting. But then again... is that “odor” only urine.... or is it from all the cats housed there since there is a rodent issue?

  • The worst care ever witnessed. Food served cold, hot water cold. Dont groom patients and when they poop and wear a diaper theyve left poop stuck in the crack of my fiancee butt
