Worst experience ever (through the eyes of an RN); 5 days to get TV connected even after multiple requests. Wife fell backwards in tub while being supervised by Aide, and fracture spine requiring back brace. When wife transferred to rehab initially, they required 2 weeks upfront cash; after staying only 3 days, took months and months for Allentown office to refund the $. Food was absolutely horrible. Several LPN's not nice whatsoever (appeared miserable); bracelet stolen while in rehab. Administrator very difficult to work with and was mislead several times. Watched a resident fall in lunchroom and took for ever for staff to arrive and when they did, pt. who was on aspirin was NEVER taken to hospital for brain bleed clearance after pt. was clearly able to tell me she hit her head. If you send your loved one here, you are risking their safety for sure.

Small facility. Friendly , Clean. it was my first time going to this location. I was visiting a dear friend that needed some rehabilitation, after a hospital stay.

My father was here twice in the rehab unit. The compassion and expertise of the staff is beyond compare with other facilities in my opinion. I was confident he was is the best hands. He never had complaints. His doctor was in the facility multiple times a week checking in on him. I would/ and have recommended Phoebe Richland to friends and family.
