  • This I was told was to be one of the top recommended places in Erie I have never had a worse experience at any facility and being in this field I understand staffing and what not but when your notified that your love ones medicare dates are up with in 10 hours and no gameMore

  • Worst Dr ever! Shields! Never assessed, never gave pain medicine, after confronting him his answer was find another place then refused treatment. Relocated him to better facility that day. Beth social worker was wonderful.
