  • My sister was at Spring Creek and he loved it! The nurses and therapy department were Awesome!

  • Words cannot explain the level of care that is NOT provided to these patients. Call bells are not answered for hours and they lay in diapers some days up to 6 hours. The food is substandard and often unpalatable. Often they are not given water for an entire shift. The facility isMore

  • When a patient tested positive for Covid-19 they kept her in the room with a non-Covid resident. A month later the other resident showed symptoms and they finally tested the other resident and she had to be admitted to icu. Another family member died there from Covid shortly after arriving healthy and just there forMore
