  • It was the worse place I ever stayed. I was sent there after being in a coma to rehab and physical rehab to walk. It was dirty. The staff was uninformed from one shift to the other. I became septic from poor care on the feeding tube site. It actually became infected and cameMore

The food is disgusting. The place is dirty and smells. This place killed him. His health suffered because of this placeMore
