  • New administrator Lori brought a covid 19 patient in and he was not isolated for 24 hours. She told NOBODY! No PPE was worn when care was given. so the building has now been exposed to covid 19. ALL Staff was told a person had to test negative twice before they accepted any newMore

  • The staff was extremely rude and uneducated. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my loved one there , stayed less then 24 hours Would not recommend, Not saying the whole staff is this way but I am not a fan.

  • It is a very good facility. I wanted to get in, get the therapy I needed and get out. The nursing staff and physical therapy department were excellent. I got the therapy I needed to move on.
