  • Doctors and the employees do not care about patients at this facility. Transitions they transitioned you from life to death with little care and draining your bank account. Please if you love your family dont send them here #1 in the country for bed sores and lack of care

  • Bad experience for 1 week. Biggest complaint was the nurses didn't seem to care and when you call for them, they came 15 to 30 minutes later. I had to call nurse station 3 times to ask them to go check on him because he was sick throwing up. He said all you heard allMore

  • After visiting this facility, I must say the treatment from a staff member (Ashley) that I encountered was BEYOND unprofessional. She was EXTREMELY rude, lazy and seem to be there just for a paycheck. She treated me like a piece of trash just because I had questions about my family members well being, etc. SheMore

  • Do not send your family or anyone you know here especially if they have a trach or are unable to communicate. This place has killed my mom once then almost killed her again a wk and a half later from pure neglect. Beware!!!

I could go on but what’s the sense? The state doesn’t care either. My advice is to keep a close eye on your loved ones ifMore
