  • The level of care at this facility is horrendous!!! My mother in law coded 4 times there. Every time because she wasn’t being tended to properly. This last time her ventilator was disconnected! When we call in they didn’t even know what I was talking about. We were called on a number they were toldMore

  • HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES (APS). NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ENDURE THIS LEVEL OF NEGLECT AND ABUSE FROM ANYONE LET ALONE FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE "PAID" TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVE ONES. YOU ENTRUST THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS AND BE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT.More

  • The staff of tulip has been super accommodating to my family during this pandemic. We're allowed to facetime with our family member anytime during the day which is very comforting for him and us. It's apparent by the way the facility is run that the staff actually cares.

  • My grandfather in law was in the care of this company and it was horrible!!! They misdiagnosed him, he lost 65 pounds, they mistreated him. I don’t recommend this place. If I could give them no stars I would.
