  • My dad is currently occupied here. The nurses never answer his calls. They ignore family requests to help my dad. They treat him and me with much disrespect. This is neglect and it is wrong

  • Great facility. Been in and out of there since they opened in 2014 with various family members. Food- just like hospitals most people never like the food. It has it's moments but overall it ok. Smell- any time you have patients that are incontinent your gonna have some smell. The staff have been great toMore

  • Family member was sent there for rehab. Twin Pines states "Rehab patients have a private room." Not true! Very bad odor all over facility. Food was deplorable. Staff acts put out when you need help. And bring your own chair or recliner from home. They do not supply any comfortable seating for immobile patients. ItMore
