  • My grandfather went to this facility for short term rehab. Unfortunately, he was too weak to tolerate therapy and our family decided to keep him on comfort measures only. He was very well cared for in the next 5 weeks and ended up passing away then. My entire family was satisfied with the care heMore

  • Understaffed unclean inattentive don’t answer call bells. Not very handicap accessible patients must leave wheelchairs in hallway in order to get to their beds. Hosting an “open house” tonight boasting newly renovated. The fresh paint in the hall covers the smell of urine only for so long. And they do have a lovely floor.... howeverMore

  • I worked there only for a couple weeks , the staff are amazing but it’s very short staffed everyone is overworked and I didn’t have the proper training , all nursing homes are totally different . I didn’t feel confident enough to continue to work there do to my compassion for the residents there ,More

  • My grandfather was in Valley Manor, we had nothing but GREAT interactions with the staff, the CNA's are warm and caring the nurses went above and beyond. Social workers that we worked with were great, helpful, responsive to my questions and my one concern (which had nothing to do with the facility). The therapy team here isMore
