Reviews of Walnut Creek Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center
Average rating from 5 reviews:

  • Apparently my mother who was transferred there yesterday 07/02/20 is planning on leaving today. Haven't got the specifics yet of what happened last night and this morning but if she was treated badly there will be an issue. I'm seeing alot of other negative reviews and I'm thinking an investigation needs to be done here.More
