  • A friend is at Western Reserve, today is Christmas, cold , windy and plenty of snow, his wing has NO HEAT. THEY HAVE HIM COVERED WITH HEAVY BLANKETS..... THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO , WILL CALL MILLCREEK ON MONDAY... HORRIBLE..

  • Dumping ground some staff try with very limited resources definitely needs medical upgrades. Out of all the staff I encountered only 2 to 3 knew what they were doing.Some staff yelling at patients very unprofessional in dealing with the elderly.Would not recommend to anyone do your research before you have to go or put aMore

  • As a patoent, I can say it's no Twinbrook. The food isn't bad, the Nurses, aides and Staf are great and humorous and very helpful.. the Theripists are great too.its been a good experience all on all.

  • Our father in law had been there for a month and nobody contacted NIK. Inaccurate diagnosis and no treatment plan. He laid in bed and a wheel chair with limited interaction from staff. Staff were rigid and rude. One nurse ripped a medical file out of the hands of a representative from anotherMore
