  • Worst experience ever with a nursing facility. After my grandfather was admitted on hospice I spent several weeks there on evenings and weekends. I saw neglect towards other patients.   • Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Poor resident care from dietary needs to Incontinent care. Consider another faculty before putting your loved-one in Wyomissing. This place should be shut down. I feel for the residents in this place.

  • Worst experience. Management never returns calls regarding concerns. Dirty and staff is not attentive to patients. Would never recommend this facility. All staff is unprofessional, still waiting for a call back from 2 months ago from director of nursing. Father in law passed away and not one staff member called to inform us. OnlyMore
